Erzhan Kulibaev (Violin)
Erzhan Kulibaev is firmly establishing himself as one of the most exciting and gifted young concert soloists. He won the 2015 S&R Washington Award and is a prize winner at the Wieniawski and Enescu International Violin Competitions, and 1st Prize winner at the Demidovski, Lisbon, Novosibirsk, Hindemith, Buenos-Aires International Violin Competitions. Recently, Erzhan is awarded First Prize with distinction at the First Manhattan International Musical Competition in New York. Together with the pianist Danor Quinteros, Erzhan won the prize for the Best Duo at the Lausanne Academy, offered by the City of Laussane.
Danor Quinteros (Piano)
Danor was born in 1983 in Santiago de Chile. At Universidad Católica de Chile, he studied with María Iris Radrigán. In Europe, Danor studied with Jacob Leuschner at the Hochschule für Musik Köln and with Pavel Gililov at the Mozarteum University, Austria. Graduated with highest distinctions, Danor has appeared in numeours Halls and venues such as Teatro Municipal de Santiago, Tonhalle Zürich, Klavierfestival Ruhr, Banff Centre and the Romanian Atheneum. Danor is a prizewinner of the Enescu Competition 2016 in Bucharest where he was awarded 3rd Prize and the prize for best accompanist in the Violin section.
